Please join our new Mentor 123 campaign starting this coming Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013!
What you need to do is to find two more people meeting once a week for three months, encouraging each others to have daily devotion - a daily intimate personal relationship with Jesus!

This passage is a powerful description of how Jesus entered into Jerusalem.
N.T. Wright gives us a deeper understanding of what was really happening:
That was the way the pilgrims came, with Jesus going on ahead, as he had planned all along. This was to be the climax of his story, of his public career, of his vocation. He knew well enough what lay ahead, and had set his face to go and meet it head on. He couldn't stop announcing the kingdom but that announcement could only come true if he now embodied in himself the things he'd been talking about. The living God was at work to heal and save, and the forces of evil and death were massed to oppose him, like Pharaoh, and the armies of Egypt trying to prevent the Israelites from leaving. But this was to be the moment of God's new Exodus, God's great Passover, and nothing could stop Jesus going ahead to celebrate it.
Nothing could stop Jesus to enter into Jerusalem on that day. Nothing can stop you to follow Jesus to enter into the Kingdom of heaven unless you decide not to follow Him. Have you been following Jesus daily to enter and to be in His Kingdom? How much have you done to help others to follow Jesus to enter into the Kingdom of heaven?
Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage of scripture we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him, while listening to "Gabriel's Oboe"

What I heard from Jesus today is: No one can stop me from entering the Golden Gate!
I have been weeping for half an hour and I can't stop my tears! Michelle and I followed our guide to walk the same route as Jesus led His disciples from Mount Olive to the Golden Gate. The difference is that Jesus and His disciples could enter the Golden Gate into Jerusalem and we could not. No one can since hundreds of years ago when the Muslim takes control of the part of the Golden Gate. It was sad and yet funny that some authorities blocked the Golden Gate for hundreds of years before they heard that Jesus would come again and He is going to come down on the same place he was taken up to heaven and that is Mount Olive. They thought that blocking the Golden Gate and put lots and lots of graveyards would prevent Jesus from entering into the Golden Gate!
Jesus told me today that no one can stop him from entering the Golden Gate when the time comes! What I received from Jesus today is that no one can stop you to follow Jesus to enter into the Kingdom of heaven. What you need as John the Baptist and Jesus said is one word: Repent!
Jesus says, "Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is near." (Matthew 4:17) We need to follow Jesus each day to enter into the Kingdom of heaven and to bring more people into the Kingdom of heaven. Have you been doing this top priority No. 1 job well lately?
Today at 3:30p.m. we are going to start the 3rd Alpha Course in our new Chinese Seafood Restaurant church plant, Emmanuel 330. We started this new out-of-the-box ministry in March 2011. We have baptized eight adults and one child in the past two years and have a group of around 20-30 people coming together weekly for worship and Bible study. Please pray for Emmanuel 330 today especially pray for our new Alpha Course that many who come can be able to see, repent and believe!
And, if you are in Vancouver, try all your best to bring one to two friends to join us, or to recommend them to join us.
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to know that Satan's main job is to stop us to follow you to enter into your Kingdom. Lead us to follow you to enter into your Kingdom and stay there with you each day! In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
