Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning." Exodus 20: 20

What I got from Jesus today is: This is holy!

What is holy? Is this a difficult question to answer? Yes and no. The most simple answer should be God is holy and the more closer to God the more Christlike we will become and that is holy.

But, how do we know we are really close to God and Christlike? In Moses time, the check point was the Ten Commandments. How about our time? Yes, if you are really close to God and really living a lifestyle of Christlikeness, a holy life, then you will naturally live out God's standard as shown in the Ten Commandments.

But, if we do not have that daily intimate personal relationship with God then I don't think we can live that out. It might just be a kind of pressure and burden!

Dear Lord Jesus,

Bring us to you daily that we can live a holy life. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
