Silence
1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)
1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
2. Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

Today's main passages:
Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
and heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
and crowns you with love and compassion,
who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
As a father has compassion on his children,
so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him;
so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him;
for he knows how we are formed,
he remembers that we are dust.
he remembers that we are dust.
Praise the Lord, you his angels,
you mighty ones who do his bidding,
who obey his word.
you mighty ones who do his bidding,
who obey his word.
Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts,
you his servants who do his will.
you his servants who do his will.
Praise the Lord, all his works
everywhere in his dominion.
everywhere in his dominion.
Praise the Lord, my soul.
Psalm 103:1-5, 13-14, 20-22
Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passages we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him.
My Listening
The topic I received today is: We are only dust, only God can renew our youth like the eagle's!
We have been reading Psalm 103 yesterday, today and tomorrow, and this Psalm is one of my most favourite chapters in the whole Bible!
This Psalm encourages us to count God's blessing in the midst of the limited life span like dust, to be able to praise God's abundant love so that we can enjoy a life of satisfaction and even can our youth be renewed like eagle's!
So, how can we claim those promises from Psalm 103?
I think the answer is in the first and last line of this Psalm:
Praise the Lord, my soul!
Yes, Psalm 103 starts with the same words, word to word and to end with the same words. In the middle is our human limited situation and God's unlimited grace and His abundant love!
If you can praise the Lord with your most inmost heart each day, I am sure that those promises of Psalm 103 will be your life experience and testimonies!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help us to be willing to praise you with the inmost soul each day the those promises of Psalm 103 will be our life experience and testimonies. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

Reflect on these questions:
1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?
2. What is your next step to be more closer to God?
