1. Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2. Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.
Praise and Thanksgiving
1. Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2. Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people
3. Sing a song to praise God (you are welcome to use "Father, I adore you" which I have been singing every morning for the past 20 years or your own choice to praise God)

1. Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:
“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gifts to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him.
My Listening
The topic I received from Jesus is: Can I Forgive?
“For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”Matthew6:14-15
There are lots of times when the wounds of being hurt, misunderstood, judged and betrayed are so deep that I could not pull myself out and fell into a complete darkness.
The Lord always uses these two verses to remind me of what I should do. If I don’t do it, I will be pulled into darkness and never see light.
I need to forgive even if I can’t forgive. I always need Jesus to help me to forgive!
Jesus told me this morning that there are quite a number of people reading this blog have some people you cannot forgive.
Now is the time for you to face this challenge of whether you are able to forgive?
Well, you need to know that as a human you might not be able to forgive them! Only if you can repent of your sins of not forgiving, to repent of allowing the Spirit of Unforgiving to take charge of your life and to ask for the blood of Jesus Christ to cleanse and forgive your sins.
Then: YOU ARE FREE and you can forgive them!
“But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”Matthew 6:15
Dear Lord Jesus,
Help me to be able to forgive so that I can move forward with you daily. In Jesus name we pray,

1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch and what have you heard from Jesus now?
2. What is your next step to be more closer to Jesus?
