DAY 95 (2020) - Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise! (Please click here for English podcast)

Silence

1.   Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2.   Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.

Praise and Thanksgiving

1.   Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2.   Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people

Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)

1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

The Word, Time with Abba (Psalm 48:1-8, Deuteronomy 26:1-27:26; Luke 10:38-11:13; Proverbs 12:15-17)

    Today's main passage:
Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise,
in the city of our God, his holy mountain.

      As we have heard,
    so we have seen
in the city of the Lord Almighty,
in the city of our God:
God makes her secure
    forever.

 Psalm 48:1,8

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time up to Jesus as you listen to him.

    My Listening
The topic I received today from Jesus is: Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise!

I deeply believe that the best way to kick out Satan's work using COVID-19 to bring darkness to this world is to give to our Great Lord the most worthy of praise!

Since I started Noontime Prayer on March 19, I have been wonderfully blessed and many people have been wonderfully blessed. It's beyond imagination that just 15 minutes each day of praise and pray can help so many people to walk out of the darkness of COVID-19!

But, there are still so many people have a new lifestyle:
Great is COVID 10, worthy of spending much time to focus on!
No! Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise!

If you can help yourself and other people to be like this:
COVID 19 is nothing, does not worth to spend time on each day!
Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise!

Then, I believe you are already in His city, being protected and blessed!

     Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to worship you as our great Lord and to offer you our most worthy of praise.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

     Reflect on these questions:
     1. How can you worship God as your great Lord and to offer your most worthy of praise to Him so that you can help more people to get rid of the fear from COVID-19

      2.  What is your next step to make that happen?
