Silence

1.   Put on your “brakes” and stop for a moment of silence
2.   Wait for God. Breathe deep for God's peace and feel His presence. Exhale your worries.

Praise and Thanksgiving

1.   Think through your day, all the times that made you smile
2.   Thank God for all those moments, and for all those people

Confession and Repentance (Subjective Shifting Devotion Method http://bishopsilas.blogspot.ca/2009/08/count-down-5-subject-shifting-devotion.html)

1.  Pray for the Holy Spirit to shine on you that you are able to discover your sins and be willing to repent:

“Dear Holy Spirit, shine your light into the places of darkness in my life. Show me my sins, everything that blocks me from encountering God and having Jesus as my Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

2.  Through the Holy Spirit, examine yourself for a short silence and then pray:

"Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for our sins and being victorious over death and sin. I confess my sin to you(pause, to tell Jesus what the Holy Spirit has shown you). Forgive my sins by your blood and help me follow you. Holy Spirit, fill me that I may be able to receive your gift to love God and His people. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen."

The Word, Time with Abba (Psalm 78:17-31,2 Chronicles 11:1-13:22; Romans 8:22-39; Proverbs 19:27-29)

     Today's main passage:
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.  And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose.  For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.
Romans 8:26-29

Let's have a time to be still and give the Holy Spirit space to speak through the passage we have just read. Offer this time to Jesus as you listen to him.

    My Listening
The topic I received today is: In all things God works for the good of those who love him. What kind of good is that?

Christians like to use Romans 8:28 to encourage people to remind them it is for the good of us. But, what kind of good is Paul really want to talk about?

Today I was being inspired by the Holy Spirit to know something more about this golden verse:
    1. Without the Holy Spirit intercedes for us, teaching us to pray and praying with us, we as human beings only focus on ourselves and won't help other people.

    2. We can work together for the good of God's people is to demonstrate the image of Jesus, to live out what Christlike really should be!

May you use this golden verse fully in the power of the Holy Spirit that people can see Jesus in you and your Christlike lifestyle!

     Dear Holy Spirit,
Pour down your fresh anointing upon us that we can serve each others for your Kingdom's sake and that people can see the image of Jesus in us. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.

     Reflect on these questions:
     1. What inspiration have you received from today's catch?

      2.  What is your next step?
